Students develop their employability skills, while building confidence and self-esteem.

There is a strong focus on CV writing and interview skills to prepare learners for the world of work. We welcome visitors from industry to share their expertise and there will be trips to ‘live’ working environments.

Work Placements

We support all students towards their chosen career path by offering them the chance of work experience in a controlled environment with a valued school partner, thus giving them knowledge and experience to progress into their chosen route.
