PHSRE

Our PSHRE department covers:

• discreet, timetabled lessons
• all subject schemes of work,
• as a cross-curricular approach
• contribution of visiting specialists
• whole-school events

Our students follow a range of short modules to enable them to benefit from a whole range of topics which best meet the needs of our students. We study Living in the Wider World, Sex and Relationships, Health and Wellbeing and Tolerance of Different Cultures.

Through the completion of the units all students will gain practical knowledge and skills to help them to live safely and healthily and to prepare them to become valued citizens, contributing positively to adult life in wider society.
